ExpressVPN is one of the fastest VPNs out there, with a huge network of stealth servers in 94 countries, including Australia and the US. Their VPN client comes packed with AES-256 encryption, OpenVPN protocol, and SmartDNS, so you can unblock Netflix or any other streaming service on virtually any platform.
andaccording to the other user experiemce that i see... these are the following vpn which are good and famous in usa.
TunnelBear. Protecting your identity doesn't get easier than this – TunnelBear is the best free VPN you can download today.

Windscribe. Super secure, with a very generous data cap, Windscribe is a top-notch free VPN.

There are no laws prohibiting the use of VPNs in Australia. Furthermore, deliberately bypassing geo-restrictions to access overseas content is not considered illegal in Australia. (At least, not yet.) ... The Copyright Act does not make it illegal to use a VPN to access overseas content.

There are so many VPNs in the market I would suggest you go for Expres VPN or Nord VPN both of them use dynamic IP allocation each time user login in. Using these premium VPNs you can unblock sites like Hotstar in Australia to stream online content from HBO network. You can also Visit: allstreamingsites.com for more similar content.
