What exactly is SQL and DDoS? And what is the difference between C and C++ programming?

Dude.. Try to research this stuff on your own. I'm sure Google would be able to help you just fine.
DDoS means a distributed denial of service.. Which means your target is put out of use, usually temporarily.. SQL is how many programs interact with databases containing information like usernames or passwords or whatever.
C and C++ have their own little differences and whatnot.. I don't have enough time to reply so I'll leave you to research the rest on your own.

SQL is structured query language, a language used to communicate with certain databases. DDOSing is a flood attack that consumes the bandwidth of a target so they can't access the internet. These are both easily learnable by Google; you should save threads for good discussions instead of questions easily answered by Google.
