Dear Hackers,
I know this may get banned from the board, but i need to know how to protect my identity, from a web host and anyone looking for me that may get my IP from the site. Please I need to know how to do this, I live in trinidad and the country has been plagued with troubles, and I want to make a forum for people to have a voice so that they may not fear from what goes in here (visit trinidadexpress.com) and see the headlines, these happen everyday, I want to put a stop to it, and show the people that someone cares, but I fear from this government, please help me with an IP blocker

Any noob can tell you that what you need is a proxy service. Either purchase a paid-for proxy from a company that does it, use one of the many open proxies out there, pay for remote VPN services, get an SSH account somewhere and tunnel your communications through that, or use Tor. How to do all this can be found on the web by googling the key phrases.
