</html>

so if you could help me please that would be great.

i know how to make buttons and to make it popup a message, but what i need to know is how do i make it so when they click the button it takes you to another web site, or to another part of the same page.
and how to i make it so that my buttons will be over or on top of the background. you know on a lot of web sites like this website. http://www.hackthissite.org/ you see where your names is will where your name is,is black. so how do you make your buttons go over the background?

and how do i make it so when some one puts in the right user name and password they are or ably to enter the web site.
so if you can please help me.

First, I think google would have been able to help you a lot quicker than us.

Second, for the login part I would learn PHP.

Third, you can use...
Code: Select all
<FORM METHOD="LINK" ACTION="page1.html">
<INPUT TYPE="submit" VALUE="Go to Page 1">
</FORM>
The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty; it's merely twice as big as it needs to be.

ok thanx the button worked, now how do i add media i did this.

Code: Select all
<media></media>

but now what do i do i recorded my voice and saved it to a folder, and when i open bluefish editor and opens it as a html thing meaning instead of just adding it. when i opened the wallpaper a popup came up asking on how big i wanted it to be, and then when it's done it adds it and makes it so it looks like this
Code: Select all
<img src="meadow.jpg" width="1000" height="760" border="0" alt=""></background>

what i am asking is why does it do it for the img but not for the media?

It looks like you want to add a quicktime thingy for an audio file. Or another way to play audio files on a page. I'm not too sure aboot the bluefish thing tho.

You seem to think we have nothing better to do than code your site for you.
This is false.
