Place to post questions or hints (not spoilers) about Basic Mission 7.
Description: The password is hidden in an unknown file, and Sam has set up a script to display a calendar.
Requirements: Basic UNIX command knowledge.

hey, havn't had much of a problem doing any of these test (exluding 3, which i still have no freakin idea what to do), but this one confuses me. Could anyone elaborate a little bit.

Does anyone know the UNIX command to switch from the cal command? I can't find anything to help with this.

You guy's need to find the *nix command for listing files and also learn how execute two different commands at the same time.

Google unix commands. Think about what you need your command to do, where do you need to look for the file?

Can anyone please tell me how to use those unix commands in that mission? i don't have any clue how to use the commands i found on google

i have read that.. but what i'm asking if you read what i posted before is how to exec 1 command in that calender box thing

You type in the correct command in the year box
