Work out the pattern! Once you understand that it becomes easier.

This is almost the whole point of it. Its simply a pattern. EASY!

This wasn't so hard, but i had to use http://www.asciitable.com and it helped me out a great deal here, since i don't really know anything about this.
I just got fascinated by computers through Splinter Cell and began searching the net for these kinda things. My name is Sam too!

so i found out the pattern, really eaasy, and i found a string that when entered into the encryption box gives me the encrypted password, this should be the answern then, right, but it tells me that the password is wrong. what is that?

Yes, online ASCII tables have been mentioned about 30 times now.

I don't mean to get off topic, but Splinter Cell (although fun) is sneaking around grabbing people, interrogating them, then knocking them out, the occasional gun shot to the head and lights and security cameras, disabling wall mines, picking locks, using night and heat vision, and finally returning to the shadows. You simply interact with the computers then the person talks. Kind of weird how that got you into hacking...

Mission 6 is easier than first thought of.
Explanation.
Hope its not a spoiler but the code your are given is the encrypted code!!!!!!
This means the password has been changed to try to make it more secure. We want to get it before !!!
To do this we need to figure out what the code translation is. Some people have a particular method and thinking back to mathematics at school we usually do something like find the next number or letter in a sequence.

There are a lot of hints in here. Hope it helps. Look carefully for clues!!!

Well, that was a tiny spoiler. It's not like it was hard to figure out though.
Common sense really isn't that common.

To start off with this mission, you need to be looking at an ASCII table.
