how to see changes in a website beyond source code

Hi-

How can I see how a web server handles my input even if it doesn't show up in any way in the response I get? I'm not totally lost as to what to try (I'm thinking of looking into network traffic analysis), I just thought someone might have an idea.

I've been working with the OWASP Mutillidae site and have grown accustomed to seeing injection attempts I've made showing up in the source code.

I was assessing a site previously where with few exceptions I couldn't see how the server was handling my input.

I've been mainly referring to the Web Application Hacker's Handbook as well as Attacking Network Protocols.

Thanks!

Not exactly sure what are you looking for but I think terms you are looking for are "blind injection" and "timing attacks" ?

If you have any errors you should audit your website https://sitechecker.pro/website-crawler/ then will be simpler to see changes and fix it.
