Easy.
  • Hit your head in the table.
  • Create a new account with any other provider that isn't M$
  • Tell everyone that knew that direction/s your new direction/s.
  • ???
  • Profit!

If you're asking us to "hack" it just for you, oh-special-one, you are at the wrong place. Lurk moar and find out wai.

Sure, it may be your Hotmail account, but do you have legal ownership of it? No. Hotmail is Microsoft's property. Any damage or action taken against Hotmail, for example, hacking the account to regain it, is considered illegal.

Otherwise, contact Microsoft's customer service for further assistance or just make a new account.

well, it all boiled down to i had a lot of old high school buddies on it. its hard to say if ill ever talk to em again. and no i sure wasn't asking for a hand out. just someone to point me in the right direction. but i may have found a solution.. now all i need to do is find a way to get around the rar password. if that fails me ill look more into customer support. but as far as ive notcied it wants to just send me a reset to the account thats blocked.

Unfortunately, there are very limited legal actions that you can take to regain your account.

If I may ask... what the hell does a password to an .rar archive have to do with regaining your hotmail account?

Pretty much the only way to hack into someone's hotmail is by stealing their password with either a keylogger or a "stealer", or some clever social engineering. Actually exploiting hotmail is probably theoretically possible, but I highly doubt anyone will be doing so in the near future.

So, in short, I'm sorry, but unless customer support can help you, you're screwed.

You could send a long letter to hotmail's customer support (yes, a paper letter) and write about your concerns and also that you wish to regain access to your account. Why I say you should write a paper-back letter is because that they will pay more attention to the paper-back than electronic, which would have been grouped into categories based on the amount of information you put in the retrieval form online. Also, try to remember your recovery password which should lead you in the right direction.
