Kind of sandboxing?

Alright, so I'm looking for some sort of security program that will allow me to monitor all commands being run on windows vista 64bit - Lets not turn this into a flame about how shit vista is ^_^

Not really sure where I should be asking this, as no subforum I saw really covers this type of stuff, but as its sort of like sandboxing, I figured this would be the best place.

Example being, oh say you load notepad, program would show that - executing notepad.exe etc.

Just so I know what is going on, all the time. Yes, I realise there is such thing as task manager lol.

I'm not quite sure what more you want than the task manager :)

Does this mean that you are also looking to recall on a history of your computers activity, similar to a browsers perhaps? I can't help with that side of things I just mentioned, but Task Manager seems to be your best bet.
