Found an attack site. I downloaded the fake anti-virus exe so I could disassemble it. Any good programs for that? And is there any way exe can affect a Linux OS?

Get IDA pro with the Hex Rays Decompiler, for disassembling.

Ollydebug...? Really the most well known debugger\IDA for reversing purposes.
