Ok ok I got the best hint go look at extbasic 1 and think of how that is solved... which should be easy this took a sec I kept over thinking... so think of it this way I have a javascript that will help you understand what .length is .

So just put this in fire fox address bar "just this "

javascript: var str="I like pie";alert(str.length);

Which would make it come to 10 so now we know what length is... then x.length == moo so I bet you think its *anwser* but the length can be characters it doesn't even have to be numerable .

You can never forget to not over think the problem, on any mission. I find that is the best hint.

Even here i spent forever thinking about what to do after i did the math, when all you have to do is read

what is given!

If you know what

.length

means then you are already half way there

once you know just think about what it means and apply it to the value you get for moo.

So, .length = moo

This means that the password is "moo" ".length"

Hope this helps, i didn't want to give you the answer because the feeling you get when you work it out is brilliant

this one made me want to jump out my window wen i got it.

hers some help

var foo = 5 + 6 * 7 = work this out using correct maths remember that a+b*c is worked out b*c+a

var bar = foo % 8 = read up on modulus or just put that in google or scientific calc.exe mod function, so bar = foo mod 8

var moo = bar * 2 = bar*2 ( obvious)

var rar = moo / 3

if (x.length == moo)

.legnth = moo do we need to work out var rar = moo /3 ???

no

so basically the password is the length of whatever moo is. u get a 2digit number for moo correct? if no then redo your maths =p

if yes then the level password is not checking the value its self but the length of the password

eg a = 1+2

b = a*2

c = b -1

obviously the answer is 5 the length of 5 is not five or 4( which is how many characters five is)

so the password can be any 5 digit combination

* PLS EDIT AS U WISH IF IM GIVING TO MUCH AWAY*

Yeah as far as the math part, it was mentioned in the post right above yours.
