hey guys,
i just finished this challenge ( and it was kinda fun ;D ).
I used python for everything ( with xml.dom for xml parsing and cairo for the drawing part + a small class i wrote for login/downloading file/sending result )
But in the end i had to look at the picture and manualy enter all the letters so i was wondering if any of you guys did this with OCR (or something) and automated this last part too ?

Any ideas are appreciated ;)

cheers,
easY

P.S. PM is nice too, wouldn't wanna spoil the fun for all the others ;)

Actually i was also wondering and wanted to know is the last part meant to be done manually? Or can we make automated it (reading characters from images) using ORC or any such thing? Guys who had completed this mission do reply.

Hi,
I also entered the strings manually for 2 reasons.

1 - my OCR (prog 6) is not completed so far but I guess you could use it for prog 4 as well
2 - Java messed up some arches so it wouldn't have been recognized properly

but anyway, do prog 6 and test it ;)
