I want to code or get a pre-written code that I can put into that website that I made for a chat between myself and the other person. I am using html to make it and some css, if you can't insert the code directly could you tell me how to do it. I am rather new but a very quick learner. Any tips are much appreciated

There are many software products that are redily available for basically anthing. Let's just take a moment and dwell upon how fucking awesome and full of potential our global comunity is.

HTML alone will not cut it in this case, as far as I know it doesn't include this kind of interactivity. You should probably look for languages like PHP, JavaScript, Flash or Ruby on Rails for this. Usually it requires code to run client side and server side, so you might need to learn about that too. And yeah, did you ask Google yet?
