Remote to cellphone from PC

Is anyone aware of a way to remote onto a cellphone from a PC? I know you can remote from a cellphone to a PC. I need to be able to do this for employees at work because each one has a different make and model and they work out in the field not in the office. We just recently created a new exchange server and it is annoying trying to talk them through the server configuration over the phone and not be able to type it in myself.

Thanks.

Yeah, there are apps for my android phone that will do that. Here's an example of one:

Remote Desktop by: Kolakowski Damian
Remote Desktop brings order to your Droid. View and retrieve all the contents of your phone such as documents, photos, videos

All you need is a standard web browser (e.g. Chrome or Firefox) and Remote Desktop will allow you interact with your phone as easily as a PC.

Main Features:
+ files, gallery, bookmarks explorer
+ send sms

I know there's some VNC server/clients for iOS, though to be honest, I'm not sure if they require your device to be jailbroken.

No it doesn't have to be jailbroken. The app store sells vnc apps. But getting it from installous is free.
