The fact that they are actually making a custom OS is pretty neat. This has been something I have always been interested in doing personally. I did not realize you could do this in C# however. C# isn't bad but it isn't great either.

Personally, it looks pretty impressive. Just because it's labeled HackForums OS doesn't mean they are all total skids. xD

I don't seem to get the joke either, maybe it's that Cosmos thing that makes them script kiddies, idk.

The name is funny though, HackForums OS. Sounds like it's the main competitor against DVL.

Sorry, just the idea of skiddies trying to make an operating system made me laugh xD

But, it also got me started on making an OS :D Pain in the god-damn ass, but, it's fun as hell :)

Using the C# shit? I'm looking through the C articles right now.

Yep, using the "cosmos" kernel and boot-loader.

Here's the link

I'm still 110% commited to that. Just because I'm doing some developing on the side, doesn't mean that I can't do the book. Speaking of which, fashizzlepop, did you ever get the Google Docs set up? If you did, could you pm me the user/pass and who all else is involved in this?
