Can you hit the screen shot key to get an idea of what’s happening on the command prompt? Is it the same deal with YouTube? Or do you get a chance to read that?

You can look up the keywords “ipv6 geolocation” The first bunch of numbers are manufacturer specific and it can be traced to a certain extent but not as easy as an isp lease pool. At least in the sense that memory and bandwidth is cheap so hackers would scrape everything under the sun and chuck it into a text file. Anything will do, maybe focus on permutation options and jazz. So a detective who no doubt has contacts and resource leverage in the executive and judicial branches suggested you solicit what you acknowledge is a criminal act, from strangers on the internet, or obtain instruction in order to do it yourself.
