The first avatar I did, although it wasn't blurry until after uploading it, and this one I've seen in larger versions, so I guess someone else re-sized it (I just got it off Google Images), although it too was clear until I uploaded it.

I thought we all might benefit from hearing each other's stories of how we became or are becoming hackers. In my case, I only just started training; I've completed the first six basic missions, a few of the JavaScripts, and that's it. I've dabbled in HTML and am learning C#. But, all in all, I'm off...

In either case, my question is, "Why is my avatar blurry and how can I fix it?" (Not that I really care anymore, since I uploaded a new avatar which looks rather cool blurry, IMO. Makes it kind of "glowy".)

As you can see, my avatar (which I uploaded from my computer) is pretty fuzzy. Seems like a newb question, but I guess my answer to that would be, I am a newb. So I need help. Thanks.

I knew when I created this thread that there would be at least one person telling me I'm being too sensitive.
