Hi Guys,
Quick question:

I know how to change a users password using MSdos and Terminal (for mac) however is there a way to actually show what the previous password was for an account?

Great info here, thanks for that! Last question, if one would want to find some vulnerability on a website, how could you find these? Simply look at the HTML source? And lets say i find a vulnerability , would i just type a command in the URL bar, or how would you place / activate /make this person ...

It's a method of exploiting browser functionality to trick a browser into making a request to a website (for instance, sending someone a message) without the user knowing.
