Re: Steganography FAQ/Mission Help

Well, instead of just giving you a link to an article that someone else has written (although there are likely many good ones out there ~ haven't looked at any of the ones already posted, either), I'll give you the lowdown on some methods of stego. As someone mentioned earlier, steganography is the ...

Re: VB .NET

Haha, I am quite fond of Python too, if I do say. I haven't used it lately because I've been enveloped in a Steganography program that I'm working on in VB at school... and my laptop has bitten the dust, so I am forced to use my family computer which is developer-unfriendly. I've started looking int...

Re: VB .NET

Ah, yes, I completely forgot to mention the intellisense feature; which is also quite helpful if you have iffy memory, or unsure of what methods to use. @hexhax We started out with one of the earlier versions in VB that was built into Excel... which was a nightmare. I could understand how, after try...

Re: Underground Hacker Site

In my opinion, when I first started out(and still do), I read for hours on end about computer security, programming, graphics design, etc etc etc. If you're looking to start an articles database, pick a target. Collect a wide variety of well-written articles from experienced people. If you had a fai...

Re: Cain & Abel problem

It won't show other users on your computer if you're scanning the network. And if you're the only computer connected to the network, it won't show anything. If that wasn't your problem, make sure you installed the driver first. If you didn't just uninstall Cain and reinstall it.

When you're searching, make sure the sniffer button is clicked and you are in the sniffer tab before you press the plus symbol. When it asks for the host IP addresses, just click 'all host in my subnet,' to make sure yo...
