it is near to impossible to do an OS you alone, and you need to know program very very well in ASM and C. If you don't know some of this you can do nothing. the only thinking of doing a boot program makes me have headaches.... and don't spect any GUI for your homemade OS, i would be command style......

well in all that stuff of bad habits i have to agree with you. when i learned C i was used to not declaring any variable and such things, and you know in C you can't do that.

Or you could learn a decent programming language? vb is a decent programming language That the others are better don't implies vb is a bad lang. every language has its good things and its bad things, and i think it doesn't mind wich language you use to do some popups :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: ....

it is a basic instruction of vbscript... msgbox(prompt,[buttons],[title],[helpfile],[context]) if you are learnig such things i recomend you in giving a try to visual basic (is basically as vbs), and it is a real programing language, not a interpreted script. yes, it's true, it happens to me too. I reported it yesterday because i've completed real 1 about 3 times.... It is very frustrating when you see completed challenges dissapearing

EDIT: i think real1 disapear every time i complete other realistic challenges because it hapened again to me
