HackThisSite.org News: Dev applications closed

As of today, applications for developer status on the site are closed. To those of you still planning on applying: sorry! Positions may open again in the future, so keep your eyes open. If we already had your application before today, you may still be under consideration.

We now have a total of seven developers. This is a sizable number and should be more than enough to get the project moving again. Now we just need to know what you want us to do! The Comments and Suggestions forum is always open for users to post changes they'd like to see made and get feedback from staff on the possibility of implementation.

Moving on, a large portion of development effort will now focus on a new codebase. This is quite a sizable project, so you won't be able to expect a new site overnight, but we hope to be able to show progress as it's made.

Thanks for reading. A new post enumerating specific site changes to be made should be up within the next few weeks.
