Is the encoded message for Stego 10 in a different language other than English?
Common sense really isn't that common.

Nope, english all the way.
You just have to find it first.

That's what I'm wondering as well. I think I might have all the correct characters, but they're not in any particular order that makes any sense. (which is why I asked if it was in a different language other than English.)
And I've tried putting them in the password box as I found them. So... I'm stuck. :/

They use a pretty interresting encoding for the message, and the message itself gives a hint aswell.

It's been quite a while since I've been here, and as I see, lot of things changed. New challenges were a bit of a surprise, especially stegano challenges. Anyways, I had the most fun with this one, especially when I found out the right way to solve it. After spending several hours trying all kind of approaches, it was a bit of a shock when I found what this is all about. As always google was the best friend. So, for those who need help, let me just say that Shakespeare helped me :) If someone finds this as too much of a hint, or spoiler, please remove it.

P.S.
Apologies for my bad English.

I'll try to phrase this without making it a spoiler....I'm confident I have the right idea on this one but seems that I may have 2 too many characters or maybe 3 too few, if that makes sense. It throws off the whole problem because of it and I've gone over it many times. I've tried it without the last 2 but that's not correct. Any suggestions or pms welcomed.

This one was certainly my favorite. Cheers to the maker.

<hint> You certainly have to google in order to beat this one. Pay close attention to what the mission hint tells you and try to figure out what it refers to. </hint>
