I don't know about anybody else, but I didn't even have to review the obfuscated code.

If you look at how the password is submitted, then you shouldn't have to work too hard.

Yes I finally caught on to that. However I'd be interested in knowing the other ways of solving this, such as deobfuscating. I was wondering if anyone could PM me exactly how to do this?

I just completed the 7th mission, but something doesn't feel right to me. I didn't have to decode anything or translate just like you guys said, I just took the right answer and putted it there. Can anyone who finished the mission PM so I can ask him without telling anyone else the answer?

I think i just crashed this challenge! whoops. im sorry. i did "fromCharCode:document.write(encoded variable);"

which i think set it to an infinite loop of decoding and therefore froze the site for either me, or for other people as well I'm not sure.

Any Javascript code you can see is client side. So no, you didn't freeze the site for everyone. You can DoS yourself all you want though :)

What is Javascript obfuscation and how does it work? If you know that, there's nothing to learn in this challenge, which was kind of the point. It's true that some challenges are easier than others, as long as you learn something or even if you don't, there's no point in posting things like that.

Just finished it! I did try decrypting the text, and got not a lot of information. The best hint I got was regarding the button! Whoever brought that up, Thank you !

Do the ExtBasic ones next, they're fun too.
