where can i study <form> and <input> in detail ?
i got it to work, but i'm not sure that i understand EXACTLY how it worked.,
i think cal.pl finished executing then the required command executed., but how did it work when it was given as input ?
I realized that whatever must be done, must be done in the *cough* input b*cough*kkss only after going through a few hints. since i never thought i'd be able to run my required command from there.
is the year we give command line argument for cal.pl ?

I think i need to understand form submissions better.., will that help ?
I feel unsatisfied if i don't understand exactly what's going on.

Hi all!

So I read the first and last few pages of this thread to get ideas of how to approach this puzzle and to see if anyone else was experiencing my error. I typed the UNIX command to list files into the year field but was given a blank page. I feel like I'm missing something hugely obvious, I usually am, but am just missing it. I might see it tomorrow after some sleep, but if anyone else knows what I'm talking about some input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

GUYS.....

I will give some very good clue (hope its not a spoiler, if yes please edit me admin)
first, you need to list out the files in that directory
second, in the box you must insert a UNIX COMMAND!!! not anything except the command (refer google)
last, find out how to execute more than 1 unix command in the same line (http://www.december.com/unix/ref/symbols.html)
