From all of my research, the best site seems to be: elance.com
With a good knowledge in programming, and information technology; you can pull some big bucks from this site.
They have job postings of all sorts, so it is a good idea to have a very abundant knowledge base in computers, servers, graphics, web design, computer software, programming, etc.
I hope you guys give it a shot.

Elance is supposed to be very good. Also check out the classifieds on craigslist in your area and others. I've heard some friends finding some really sweet gigs that paid really well for small amounts of work (probably posted by the technologically illiterate).
