will HTS post my challenge?

Does HTS accept submissions/ideas for new challenges? If so ... how/where do I send them?

PM one of the moderators or administrators. Pro tip Pick a more active person as opposed to just spamming Kage.

Your best bet is to get in touch with one of the admins.
You'll need to provide source code and possibly (if a web challenge) a place they can test it, along with other people if they like it.
Try and catch them when they're active on IRC so you can give them a tour of your challenge as well.
HTS is at the moment in a post-upgrade stage and access to certain things is still being setup, hence why an admin is your best bet at this time.
Good luck!
