Need two posts before the PMs are available. You should be able to send them now.

You can only get so far here without knowing how to write code anyway so for those of you who see this my advice to you is if you don't know how to program now is the perfect time to learn. You can know the fundamentals of python in a week or two and it'll launch you into a whole new direction on these missions.

...Just sayin....

Nope. I solved this with my clipboard, a find&replace and an excel table, where I used SUM, AVERAGE, and eventually subtraction. Oh, and one more function I'm not going to tell.

When I went to send the answer, I found this in my private message:
You are not authorised to send private messages

What's the problem?

While learning PHP, SQL and JS, how good or beneficial is it to create a website solely for the purpose? Thanks anyway ;)

My opinion is that it is pretty important to do this, because you learn a lot more. You get to think creatively! Programming is not only about coding, someone that gets presented with a problem and just starts coding is not a programmer, they are a coder. A programmer will take the time, map out a solution, and have everything figured out before they start coding their project/solution.

When you actually take on the task of building a website, this gives you the opportunity to think like a programmer, get greater practice in, and learn a whole lot more than you would if you just read a tutorial/book on the language and that's it. When building a website with these, it's also a good time to create vulnerable application yourself, and then take on the task of trying to exploit them. It's always great to see a problem from both the development end, and the hackers end, because you learn a hell of a lot more.

Hope this helps,
