I can complete basic challenges number 1 and 6 Number 6 took a while to figure it out but once it clicked it took about a minute or two to decrypt and enter it ^_^ I can't seem to do 2 or 3, though.

Unless you have a specific question, this really should be in the Offtopic sub-forum. Or maybe the missions ones. Either way, it really shouldn't be here.

For basic two pay special attention to the action sam did with the file and think about how you can then input the correct password that would compare equally.
