Windows Vista Boot Password

My cousin just gave me a computer because he lost his password, cracked it (the casing, not the password), and got a new one. So I'm stuck with a Toshiba laptop that I'm locked out of. Kind of did a quick video to show the problem:

Try "Toshiba"
If that doesn't work I'd try to remove the cmos battery

Tried "Toshiba" but didn't work, I'm going to try to remove the battery now.

Make sure you take out the laptop battery first and do a power cycle purge (hold the power button for no less than 30 seconds) before touching anything inside there.

That particular laptop wont erase the bios pw on removal of the cmos battery if i'm not mistaken.

1. if you enter the wrong password 3 times what is the error code you are given if any?
2. what happens after you put the password in incorrectly 3 times? does it reboot automatically or go to another screen?
3. what is the exact model of the computer. Need this to get the mobo info

Also to start i would
Download Hirens Boot CD LOOK HERE install it on a usb drive and put it in the computer. If the login screen still comes

Yeah, took out battery but nothing, and if I enter password wrong three times, it auto reboots. But, I got the HD out and I plugged it into my other laptop with a SATA to USB cord. I have full access to the HD of that computer. Is there anything I can do from there?

yeah I just realized it was the bios password.

The password isnt in the hard drive. Its a bios password.

Sounds like a bios flaw. Tits why I said take out the cmos battery. Whats the model number?
