You don't install MD5. See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5
Also... who said anything about it being md5?

Maybe there was a rumor going around.
It would be funny if HTS was down for renovation, and then, when the staff was putting back up the missions, the coder for this mission was half-asleep and used 1024-bit RSA on the password instead of a hash.

It took me a few trial errors, and a hint in the IRC, but here is what i think is a good hint.
Mess with the URL some, don't be afraid to delete a little.
