First of all I just want to appreciate and thanks all the people who made this website very helpful and updated.

Well, this is my first post here and I hope u can help me with this, I dont know if this is the right thread for these matter and Im sorry about that.

I just want to know what is the best hacking tool nowadays, I read about sub7 but others said this is old school thats why im doubting on learning about it.... So could anyone suggest/give me any hacking tool (like sub7 features)that i can use effectively. Just for educational purposes, I want to learn about their usage and functionalist and to know if this has something to do with the programming languages I knew.

every tool/program/exploit/etc has a specific purpose, you haven't stated what you're looking for in that regard. :/

I think sub7 is some ancient remote administration tool.

Are you looking for something that you can push a few buttons and BHAM your into someones server or computer? Those do not exist. Acidiferous gave you a list but those list of tools will not help you unless you know what your looking at. Just hope your not a kid that seen some hacker movie and was like I am going to do that right now. Its takes year and years. Good Luck in whatever your looking for.

Yes it's very real, but it's also very retired. But there are others like it, newer and more effective. What makes it so famous is that for the time it was groundbreaking and deadly effective... and a child could use it.

But if you are going that direction those are called RATs now.
Now, off you go to do some research
