DDOS Attack and IP adress retrieving

I'm new to this forum but I am looking for someone who is familiar with DDOS attacks and retrieving people's IP adress.
I don't know if my ideas are legal so I won't post them here, but if you are interested please send me a PM message so I can explain what I want. If you can help me with my plan I will reward you financially.

I don't want to try it myself, I need somebody to do it for me. (And I want to target people's internet, not sites, so I doubt we would get caught)

Well, to be honest, with the idea I have there's a lot of money to be made, IF it's possible, that's why I'm looking for someone with knowledge who can tell me if it's possible or not.

My bad, sometimes I'm a grammar nazi(if your german and you find that offensive, my bad).

However we're not really about doing things for people here, were not mercenaries.

And I want to target people's internet, not sites

For example, I need your IP address and I want to disconnect you from the internet for let's say 60 seconds.

The situation is as follows, I'm logged in on a server as well as the other person and we are chatting, then I want to find their IP address en cut them off the internet for 60 seconds.

By the way, I'm not german and I'm a grammar nazi as well in my native language
