On a more serious note most people get tattoos that have some significant meaning to them. If someone is a big comic book fan then they might get Marvel characters tattoed on them. Some people like to get a tattoo that symbolizes a major event or person in their life. Or just something to symbolize a thought, belief or idea that they find to be significant or representative of themselves.

I'm not big on tatoos but if i ever get one, it's gonna be a bar code on the underside of my left forearm, havn't decided the numbers. Like 0phidian said, it's a personal thing, maybe not a question for randoms on a forum.
