([msg=70291]see Networking works like the quantum world.[/msg])
I've been without internet for a week or two now because I moved into the dorms at my school. They use expressconnet by cloudpath, which is fairly strait forward. I ran the program, but every time I got as far as obtaining a network address. I tried to manually create the network, but it couldn't find some certificate that the school tutorial didn't mention. I was looking online and tried a few different things like creating a static IP. I ran the program again just to hope it work; it failed at obtaining a network IP. I then was looking on my phone for another possible solution when I looked down, and I was connected to the internet despite the fact that the program had failed to connect 2 seconds ago. what the hell?
A broken clock is right twice a day, however, I am neither up that early nor up that late...
