How to Hack a Points Site?

Hello there, I just wanted to know if anyone could give me a tutorial on how to hack a points site (so I could increase the amount of points on my account). Here are the websites I want to hack:

If it's not possible to teach me how to hack all three of them, I would like to at least learn how to hack one of these sites (preferably Edited out). Thank you
