Locking down Firefox with Addons

My friends regularly ask me to lock down their browsers, and my typical Firefox setup for them looks something like this:

• NoScript
• AdBlock Plus
• AdBlock Plus Pop-up Addon
• ElementHiding Helper for AdBlock Plus
• DoNotTrack Plus
• HTTPS Everywhere
• HTTPS Finder
• LastPass - for my friends who use Firefox's "Remember Password" feature

Is there anything essential that I've overlooked?

Depends on what you're locking them down for.

Just general, somewhat safe browsing without going overboard. And also to not get plagued by advertisements.

If you're not paranoid: setting up Sync so you don't have to download the addons to every different Firefox you use. And maybe User Agent switcher if you don't want to be targeted by Microsoft promoting their browser. You can also try some addon that blocks/removes flash cookies/LSO, BetterPrivacy for example. A proxyswitcher (FoxyProxy or similar) will help you access restricted sites like IPlayer from BBC if you're not English. But usually just Adblock and Noscript is safe enough. Then again if you are paranoid, go ahead and install TOR.
