If you're not paranoid: setting up Sync so you don't have to download the addons to every different Firefox you use. And maybe User Agent switcher if you don't want to be targeted by Microsoft promoting their browser. You can also try some addon that blocks/removes flash cookies/LSO, BetterPrivacy for example. A proxyswitcher (FoxyProxy or similar) will help you access restricted sites like IPlayer from BBC if you're not English. But usually just Adblock and Noscript is safe enough. Then again if you are paranoid, go ahead and install TOR.
