I've used andchat. It's pretty simple really.. You literally just listed it above. Try connected to the address. "/server irc.hackthissite.org" port 6697 NonSSL 7000 for SSL. Then set up a nick. To change a nick you use the "/nick 'nick'" command. To register, use /msg nickserv register. Try looking up how to use IRC before you use it on your phone, it'll help.

I used the info you told me. As name I used VvGHOSTvV my pw is my pw here nick is GHOST (also same as here) yet I keep getting these errors.

Did you even bother to look up connecting to IRC servers? You need to specific the port number.

I believe you need to be on port 7000 to join the main channel, #hackthissite. Here is some helpful info you will need:

IRC server: irc.hackthissite.org SSL port 7000

Is that so? I knew that certain channels require SSL. But I didn't know the main channel did.
