So how do you know when you have malware?......just wondering to be safe and to stay safe

There are a lot of scanners out there that will scan your computer for anything that it knows is or maybe be malicious. Along with that, obviously if something is wrong with your computer then you should probably start being on alert. But a lot of the time, viruses won't actually do anything specific that will make you realize you have one, which is why you can download many virus scanners to check it for you.
