how you did this? you use kind of separator between the two commands? if you are able to run two commands in the *nix terminal, then it should work.

what is the *nix terminal? should i look it up or is it the cal (calender) thing. And also (I'm not sure if this is asking to much.) am i supposed to go into the source code or just the calender send thing? Please help.

wow, that was embarrassing. well i looked which is pretty sad and i hope this isnt too much of a hint but why do you not have to put cal before... the other stuff. just wondering because thats what i kept doing.

Just thought I'd share my not inconsiderable time spent on this one... Having had some experience with UNIX commands, I think I WAY overthought it. In hindsight, this is just as easy as the previous ones. Of the three things required to successfully complete this mission, two can be found on a summary page of UNIX commands (first hit in most search engines); the other should be remembered from lesson 3. My problem was using the pipe - this is NOT the correct separator (as mentioned previously in this thread).

And as far as the calendar thing goes; it doesn't really matter if you enter a year or not. I did, it worked, others didn't, it still worked... The important things are the 20 seconds of UNIX commands research and a quick revision of lesson 3.
