If its as easy as he says it is, it's probably a ROT encryption. Try cracking it yourself. I'll try cracking it in a moment, but no promises.

ROT47:

its not complete, but as you can see, its a URL of some sort. my ROT encoder must have mistaken the control symbols

I'm guessing it looks something like "http://tinyurl.com/?umn?t?", question marks denote unknown characters

the symbols and numbers decode at ROT -47. I don't know if it was done that way on purpose or if it is my cryptography program screwing with me. anyways, here's the complete decoded string:

"http://tinyurl.com/6umn2t2"

Yeah I read about ROT encoding , it shuffle a alphabet of English but a ROT-47 shuffle ASCII character
