Wind Tunnel Software

Is any open source software to calculate wind turbulence? I am building a wind turbine, and would like to export some of the work to my computer.
A broken clock is right twice a day, however, I am neither up that early nor up that late...

I'm thinking MATLAB, but it would be fun to do this in c++.

But you said open source so i am not sure

No idea. And too lazy too look considering you probably already have. But I can tell you that it'd be pretty cool to code this on your own. You could even pull an Arduino into this, using it monitor and change the input the a computer readable output.

For those about to rock.
