Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any website, programs, etc. that will help me in becoming a network administrator? (I have googled and found some decent sites but was wanting some recommendations.)

Thank You.

An Administrator for what, exactly?
“Teach me how to hack!”
"What, like, with an axe?"

Well, I currently work as PC Support for a company. I have a basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008, setting up routers, active directory, etc. and i plan on getting my Cisco certifications. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any self help tools on setting up, configuring, cisco, almost anything to do with networking.

Probably the most important thing is that you learn and understand a lot. Take some classes in college. Get the Network + certification. Profit.

Education is a good way to go, like mShred said.

But if you are just looking for something to test and develop your networking skills you should take a look at http://www.gns3.net/

I used it last time i took a cisco cert. but you have to get the cisco ios's from somewhere else as far as i remember.
Maybe i comes with some old versions.
