Windows 8 backdoor

Did you know windows 8 is going to have a backdoor so the US government has a right to take anything off your computer they want?

And each OS is going to be installed with 8 gigs of CP, so they can put you in jail, right away.

Ah, ok. So you don't beleve me that windows 8 has a backdoor and the US government can access your computer and do anything they want with it? Well I read the license agreement for windows 8 and it does say the government has a right to do that.

Can you post a link to your source? I'd be interested in reading more about this. After doing a quick google search nothing about the government turned up.

What's even funnier is that you don't know that they can already do this.
Government packet sniffing and data mining are very loosely regulated by congressional ruling and the courts. Not to mention the amount of pure blackhat crap the NSA and CIA do without ever getting warrants. The only reason your safe is because they aren't really after you... that, and, they lack the sufficient manpower to filter, analyze and followup on all the data they are collection...
Not being a paranoid conspiracy theorist, but a backdoor in Windows 8 is the least of your problems.

Well I am never going to upgrade to windows 8 because of that reason.
