I would like to know wht is the best language to learn to start hackig and some ways of learning it

In terms of starting out... some good articles on this site to get you going can be found at these URLs (at least I've enjoyed them):

Really the best way to learn though is to find what you are interested in and looking up more information on it. Google will be your best friend. At the very least, I'd say learn HTML if you haven't already. That would be a good start. Other than that, try out the missions on the website. If you get stuck then you've found something to work on.

thanks bro im pretty young lol but i am very interested in it i know most of the html,
i already am able to game programmin with xna is learning .net codes harder

I primarily know C++. I like it well enough to suggest it to anyone, really.

Languages are always a good thing to know, but you've got to remember, the best things you can learn are things that interest you. There is a whole lot to the internet and to computers, so it's important not to lose that love of learning and discovering. If you want to learn C++, then go for it - It's a good language, and a lot of game developers now-a-days utilize it (you seem to be pretty interested in game related things).

yes i used C whic is basicly C++ if im correct
i use C to develop the games
though i well probably be rusty at it now havent develop any games and awhile
