Authentication hash invalidated

OK, first off, I checked the around and did what the others have done to clear the prob. Still not working. When I log in, I get:

Your authentication hash has been invalidated. Please <a href="http://www.hackthissite.org/?logout">clear your hashes</a> and relogin.

I have cleared everything I can think of at the moment, but still not going where I wanna go. I went up to the url, added "?logout" and the page went blank. I have noticed though that when I get that message, I can type in the url for my profile page and end it with "?logout" so that it looks like:

http://www.hackthissite.org/user/view/?logout

and I can see all my stuff while showing that I am still logged in. The night is getting late and the battery on my thinking cap is going dead. Would anyone have any ideas to help bounce around? The later it gets, the more tired I get, and the more stressed because I cant think as well.

Restarting your browser works as well.

Not always. If it was a problem with leftover cookies, then restarting your browser won't necessarily clear them.

LMAO I saw that last night, when I tried to restart my browser and got the same message. So I simply went to my home page, deleted the cookies, then returned. Did the trick.
