Bug report: Error after logging in to HTS

After logging in to the HTS main page (with the form with id 'loginform' that posts to '/user/login'), an error is being displayed about a missing gif image:

This happens every now and then, not on every attempt.

Many people experience this problem. Ill get it when I login through my phone. I'm not sure if there's anything we can do. But hopefully it'll be fixed with the recode.

I have no idea wtf that is caused by. I grepped the webroot and can't find a single instance of "retired.gif".

Just kidding. Fixed.

Ya that whole retired.gif thing was my fault - I hacked HTS and made it say that.. points plz j/k
