I have the same problem. I get Z lined in irc : Closing Link: [::ffff:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] Z:Lined (Open proxy found on your host. http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX for more information.)
But when i get to the web site my ip is not listed.

I'm also Z-lined... I think it was because I'm using Tor. But what is the problem? I'm using it for anonymity. I stopped Tor but still the same thing happens. Can anyone help me? Is it because polipo is running on my box?

I'm pretty sure IRC blocks any attempts that are using proxies. But if you're not actually tunneling through Tor, you should be fine.
I use a VPN and sometimes find it difficult to connect to it.
