That I have. When I say I want to contribute I mean it full-heartedly. About the lecture...It is a lecture after all. I am happy to do most of the work. I will be covering all the mentioned topics and more. It's just that I don't want a creepy session where I am the only one talking lol. It's fun when you have everyone having their own say. Also that I may be wrong at times and people should have the liberty to correct me immediately.

LoGiCaL__ wrote:I'm glad to see this start to take off. I had the opportunity to attend the last "set" of lectures and it was worth while. It was basically just everyone who was there introduces their self and who ever was speaking spoke, and if anyone had anything to add they did. Also, there was a Q & A aspect of the lecture.

Basically, the lecture could be summed up by, 1)go to irc to chat whith others while the person is talking(#lectures), and 2)join ventrilo to listen/communicate. Afterwards there was just a "hang around and talk about whatever session". The irc portion is for people who could join ventrilo and hear, but who didn't have a mic. They could ask questions that way. Obviously if you had a mic you would ask a question or chime in on ventrilo.

My hats off to you. Looking forward to attending.

^ This lecture will cover more than that having the supporting materials and after lecture workshops.

Thank you for your support. I really appreciate it. This would never have come even this far had it not been for the joint initiative between all of you.

Post updated with decency added. (:

It's still irrelevant and creepy but I love it this way. :P

I'm pretty sure we'd decided on the Sixth of August in irc. But no one had started advertising.
