Basic Mission Section Update

To prevent hundreds of topics created around the same question and to consolidate knowledge relevant to each mission the ability to make topics in the basics section of the forum is removed, as well as current topics will be deleted. However there is a sticky topic for each mission to post questions or helpful hints.

A bit of advise as well, if you are asking for help try to make it a specific question. Just saying, "I don't know what to do, someone please help me?" makes it seem like you just want a handout and you didn't even try searching through the code and testing different things. Resorting for help on the missions from the forums/IRC/other people should be not your first but last resort.

Spoiler Policy Reminder

Notice: If you find your posts are missing in the missions part of the forum its probably because a moderator deleted them, we are really going with a NO QUARTER policy concerning spoilers.

Spoilers include but are not limited to:
- Blatantly posting passwords for missions
- Telling a user where to go instead of giving them topics/links for them to read/research
- Hints that basically give the mission away

If you are caught posting spoilers there is a good chance you will get warned, and three warns = an auto ban.

Please don't make us have to punish you for posting spoilers. Hints and pushes in the right direction are okay -- blatantly giving out answers is not.
