If you have a correct solution, the email you use will not matter.

PM if you think you are close but can't find the last nudge.

I have a question. I've already completed this mission quite a while ago, I just would like some clarification on how the solution works. I know that I cannot share information on the solution that would spoil it here. So I ask for someone to PM. If you invite me to compose a PM, that would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you,

Yes. I do understand that you take PM's for mission help. I just simply didn't because of the rules about no random PM's. But now I see you'll willingly waive that for a mission PM. Thank you for your suggestion. However, I was able to get an answer from a user that I had asked previously. I only put this up because said user took quite a while to reply and I got a bit impatient. Either way, thank you for your willingness to help.

I didnt know there is a no random PMs rule. Of course we don't tolerate spam, but that's different.

Oh my bad. I looked back at the TOS forum and looked at the thread for PMing w/o asking for permission. I found out that:
1. It's not composed by a mod/admin/developer/etc. Although, it does have a good idea.
2. The thread was composed against PM's for the purpose of asking questions so bothersome, there's probably a thread for it. (unless it's actually SPECIFIC help)
3. It's not an actual part of The TOS.

Either way, I feel that PMing w/o permission, unless it's something serious such as a spammer filling up the forums, is bad etiquette. But now I see that it's not part of the rules. I'll give myself more liberty in PMing.

I was wondering if one of the veterans could explain each of the elements to me. The script rewriting. I completed the challenge by sheer luck. I actually want to understand what I'm doing and why I have to put what I put. So if someone could just pm me why you do what you do then it would be a great help and I could move onto challenge 5

You can PM me with questions, but you need two posts before you can send PMs.
"Well it isn't my fault. I shouldn't have been allowed to do something to crash it." "No, you shouldn't have been allowed to buy a computer in the first place"

Hi, sorry to drag up an old topic, but I just can't complete this mission. I've managed to get a password, which I copy and paste into the password box on the mission page (there aren't any extra spaces etc.), but when I click on submit I get taken to a page which says "Error! Sorry, but you have entered an incorrect password". Am I somehow finding the wrong password, or is there some problem with the site?

I just checked, and for me at least the mission still works, so it's something at your end. There are no false passwords (as far as I can tell). Try writing the password instead of copy and pasting, and if it all still fails; you can always PM if you wish :).
